1. Fiduciary Custody & Zero Commercialization Pledge

"Our Schedules" operates exclusively as an institutional Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative sponsored by Hashtags Technology for pre-vetted Pakistani entrepreneurs, corporate executives, and civic leaders.

Under no circumstances will member contact details, vehicle registration data, executive schedules, or network interactions ever be sold, rented, leased, licensed, or shared with third-party advertisers or data aggregators.

2. Categories of Information Collected & Guarded

Identity & Systematic Member IDs: Full legal name, verified email, official mobile/WhatsApp number, and permanent systematic ID (COM-000001 to COM-000005 for Super Admins, COM-000006 to COM-000020 for Community Advisors, COM-000021+ for Community Members).

Professional Credentials: Designation, organization, industry sector, city, and professional social profiles (LinkedIn, Facebook).

Executive Commute & Security Records: Vehicle make, model, registration numbers, and emergency contact details for physical event security checkpoints.

Display Pictures (DP) & Anti-Scraping Protection: Profile photos uploaded by members are rendered with client-side context-menu guards and drag-and-drop restrictions. Only Super Administrators maintain administrative export privileges for physical security credential badges.

3. Advisor Endorsement & Consent Provenance

Membership activation requires explicit two-tier verification:

Advisor Provenance Stamping: Every active member profile is permanently stamped with the reviewing Community Advisor's name and assigned COM ID (e.g. Dr. Sarah Ahmed - COM-000006).

Timestamped Consent Logs: Registration consent to our Community Charter and Code of Conduct is recorded with an immutable date/timestamp and stored in platform audit logs.

4. Calendar, Weather & Map Pin Disclosures

Event locations include integrated Google Maps pin references and localized weather predictions to assist executive travel. Adding an event to your personal Google, Outlook, or Apple Calendar via RFC 5545 (.ics) utilizes client-side formatting without exposing your private schedule to external servers.
